At IMPACT, we believe that building strong communities goes beyond the projects we manage — it’s about investing in people and making a lasting difference. One organization that holds a special place in our hearts is the Center for Children & Young Adults (CCYA), which provides housing, resources, and support to youth experiencing homelessness and neglect.
For the past three years, CCYA has been the recipient of our Angel Tree efforts, a tradition that has brought our team together in the spirit of giving. From shopping for gifts to wrapping them on-site at CCYA, our team has embraced the opportunity to bring joy to these young individuals during the holiday season. Seeing the impact of a simple act of kindness — whether it’s a warm coat, a favorite book, or a long-awaited toy — reinforces why we do what we do.
Our commitment to CCYA extends beyond the holidays. Senior Director Ashley Johnson, a dedicated board member of CCYA, played a key role in helping bring The Rise Up Studios to life. This transformative initiative provides young adults with a safe space to transition into independent living, equipping them with the resources and skills needed to build a brighter future. Ashley’s leadership and dedication exemplify our core values — creating opportunity, fostering community, and making a meaningful IMPACT where it matters most.
We’re proud to support CCYA and the incredible work they do every day. Their mission aligns with our belief that every young person deserves stability, support, and the opportunity to thrive.
