City of Refuge Transformation Center
The City of Refuge Transformation Center is a $15 million, 38,000-square-foot mixed-use development designed to uplift individuals and families in crisis while strengthening Atlanta’s Westside community. The facility includes 25 affordable housing units on the upper floors, providing safe, stable living environments for residents in need.
At ground level, the Transformation Center delivers a comprehensive suite of essential services, including a grocery store, entrepreneurship hub, medical and mental health clinic, and a credit union. Together, these amenities create a centralized destination for support, opportunity, and long-term stability — serving both City of Refuge residents and the surrounding neighborhood. The project reinforces City of Refuge’s mission to foster transformation, self-sufficiency, and lasting community impact.
