CSI Laboratories is a specialized cancer diagnostic laboratory focused specifically on meeting the unique needs of pathologists and community hospitals. The new headquarters for CSI Laboratories is in a 65,000 SF building with large, light-filled spaces. Central to the new building is a state-of-the-art, 10,000-SF laboratory designed to improve workflow efficiencies and quality of analysis.

IMPACT managed the planning, design and construction of the renovation/conversion of an existing single-story industrial building into the new headquarters for CSI. The interior spaces are designed for future expansion of new technologies and services.
