Fox Theater
Marquee Lounge and Rooftop Terrace
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Fox Theatre is one of the most beloved landmarks in Atlanta. The Fox engaged IMPACT to oversee the planning, design, and execution of substantial improvements to its Peachtree Street storefront spaces and rooftop terraces, creating additional event gathering space called the Marquee Club. The project entails approximately 7,200 SF of renovation space and 6,700 SF of rooftop terrace space.
Historic preservation guiding principles were important, and certain “Character Defining Features” of the Fox Theatre were preserved, while accommodating the creation of new program spaces, resolution of handicap accessibility and other code requirements.
