CURT CARLETON

Vice President of Technology

Originally from Champaign, Illinois (Go Illini!), Curt brings more than two decades of experience leading technology operations, digital platforms, and innovation initiatives across national brands. He began his tech journey in the mid-90s at his family’s gas station and auto repair shop—an experience that instilled a hands-on work ethic and problem-solving mindset.

Curt spent 10 years with Jimmy John’s, advancing through technology and operations roles supporting both office and restaurant systems, including digital eCommerce platforms and app development. He later joined Inspire Brands, where he led restaurant technology programs spanning POS systems, security, A/V, connected equipment, payments, and back-office integration for 5 years.

Since relocating to Atlanta in 2020, Curt has continued to bring his collaborative leadership, operational expertise, and proactive approach to complex, tech-driven environments—bridging strategy and execution to deliver results that advance teams and projects.
