A people person and problem solver by nature, Chris Adams enjoys working on complex projects with large, multi-disciplinary teams to exceed client expectations. Driven by his values and a desire to do what’s right, Chris enjoys building relationships while bringing client’s vision to reality. Chris’ diverse background and experiences in development, project management and preconstruction help him take a holistic approach and make him a trusted advisor to his clients.
Chris holds a BS in Building Science from Auburn University and spent the early part of his career working for one of Atlanta’s premier commercial general contractors. After pursuing an MBA from University of Georgia and spending several years in another industry, Chris joined a vertically integrated multifamily real estate firm on their development platform. Joining the firm as a part of their pre-construction team, he was responsible for creating realistic budgets from concept through contract and helping drive decisions that maximize ROI. Chris then transitioned to the development team, managing more than $300 million in development projects across the Southeast.
Chris’ perspective translates into meaningful guidance throughout the entire design and building process as he aims to add value through his current role as program manager.
