GRANT SCHUSTER

Senior Project Manager

After graduating from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in Quantitative Economics, Grant went on to serve in the Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. He is a hardworking and detail-oriented project manager, able to identify problems and devise strategic solutions quickly. Operating in multiple leadership positions, he managed various programs and led large teams of individuals with diverse backgrounds and demographics. Post-navy, Grant explored a career in financial risk management, but his investments drove his passion for real estate. Owning, renovating, and managing rental properties, he developed an appreciation for the construction process and loved seeing the end result come to life. Cool, calm, and collected under pressure, he is an effective leader, skilled at building consensus and keeping teams motivated. As a Senior Project Manager for IMPACT, Grant is driven by the significant contribution that he can have on a community through successfully delivering his projects.
