GRANT SCHUSTER

Senior Project Manager

After graduating from the United States Naval Academy, Grant served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the Navy, where he honed his leadership skills managing large, diverse teams and overseeing complex operations. Cool, calm, and collected under pressure, he brings that same focus and discipline to his role as a Senior Project Manager at IMPACT.

Post-Navy, Grant explored financial risk management, but his passion for real estate—fueled by owning, renovating, and managing rental properties—drew him to construction. He developed a deep appreciation for the process of bringing spaces to life and the lasting impact they can have on communities. Detail-oriented and strategic, Grant is skilled at identifying challenges early, building consensus, and keeping teams motivated from start to finish. For him, the true reward is seeing a project take shape and knowing it will serve people well for years to come.
