GREG WELLINGTON

Senior Vice President

From the moment he was exposed to project management, Greg Wellington knew it was a fit for him. “I went to school for civil engineering with the idea of designing skyscrapers,” says Wellington,  “but after interning as a field engineer, I was hooked on project management. I love being in the middle of every aspect of a project”. Graduating from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Greg accepted a full-time offer from Dane Construction on the heels of his internship. This launched his project management career where he later went on to work for Andritz Hydro and CAA ICON before joining IMPACT.

Greg has worked on many multi-million-dollar projects including the Fiserv Forum and Deer District Entertainment Plaza in Milwaukee, the 30-story Park-Lane apartment buildings in Miami, and Old Palm Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens Florida. While serving such projects, Greg has been credited for the positive leadership he brings to his teams, as well as his great listening and communication skills. These traits, along with his passion for project management make him a valuable leader within our field.
