KURT ADAMS

Kurt Adams joined Impact Development Partners in 2022 to lead site selection and acquisition activity across the platform. Kurt graduated from the University of Georgia with a concentration in Real Estate. This degree laid the foundation for a career focused on land acquisition, development and project management. Kurt began his real estate career working on an investment sales team concentrated on single tenant and small strip retail. Kurt learned the ins and outs of making deals, including making deals financially viable and marketing to owners, investors, and end-users. These skills translated well to his next career opportunity with RaceTrac in Atlanta.

Kurt most recently led a regional team that focused on all acquisition, site selection, market planning and growth strategies across multiple states. His tenure at RaceTrac culminated in over 100 transactions resulting in more than 50 stores across the Southeast, at an estimated development value approaching $400 Million.  His finesse for making successful deals is grounded by building relationships and trust with project partners. He has the natural ability to boil down complex ideas into simple, attainable concepts, giving everyone a level of comfort in their decisions while keeping deals on track. These unique qualities play directly to his role at Impact Development Partners as he searches the market for opportunities that will make a lasting impact.
