A civil engineer by trade, Mike has led site design for development projects throughout Georgia and the Southeast. He has a comprehensive understanding of the project development process – from due diligence and predevelopment through construction administration and final punchlist – and the roles and responsibilities of each team member. With an ability to shift his focus between details and the big picture, Mike can interpret technical requirements while providing sound judgments to mitigate risk and budget creep. In addition, he is a team player with a proven track record of building successful teams to deliver complex projects.
