SARA MICHELETTO, RA

Senior Director (Design Review)

Sara is a seasoned design management professional with deep expertise in the hospitality sector. With a background in architecture and a strong technical foundation, she brings a unique ability to bridge the gap between creative vision and construction execution—ensuring hospitality projects are thoughtfully designed, well-coordinated, and built with long-term success in mind.

Her early career focused on high-profile hotel, multifamily, and convention center developments, as well as historic renovations and infill projects. She later spent nearly a decade with Marriott International, where she refined her understanding of brand standards, guest experience, and the operational realities of hotel development. Sara excels at guiding teams through the design process, identifying constructability issues early, and maximizing program and scope—all while maintaining a clear focus on the guest experience. Her collaborative style, technical fluency, and market insight make her a trusted partner for delivering standout hospitality projects.
