Leased and managed by NAI Hallmark, One Shipyards Place will be the new headquarters for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Situated between the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences and directly across from the stadium, this six-story office building provides 140,000 square feet of Class A office space to the area. With 111,135 SF of leasable space, the ground floor will include a 4,800 SF modern fitness center and a 4,300-square-foot restaurant with patio seating overlooking the marina and the St. Johns River.
