CLEO GRAHAM

Director

Cleo’s first exposure to the world of construction began with her pursuit of an Industrial Engineering degree from Clemson University. “Industrial engineering is all about optimization and making things more efficient,” says Cleo, “and that just seemed to fit my personality with being very organized.” While pursuing her degree, she was given the opportunity to spend her summers interning with AECOM HUNT. As a project engineer intern, she was given the opportunity to work on the Mercedes-Benz stadium, where she gained valuable communication and leadership skills, as well as a greater appreciation for the entire building process.

After graduating, Cleo went on to become an Engineering PM with Racetrac. Responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management of new and remodeled RaceTrac stores, and leading preconstruction efforts up to and including final approved design and permitting, Cleo continued to grow in her expertise and skill. Today, she now operates as a Director for the IMPACT Team where her lighthearted and goofy personality pair well with her efficient and zealous work ethic. Her excitement to continue to learn and become an expert in the field make her a valuable asset to any project she’s working on for both the IMPACT team and her client.
