Yancey Bros. Co. is Georgia’s heavy equipment Caterpillar dealer, offering sales, service, and rentals across the state.
At the Brunswick location, Yancey has acquired two adjacent parcels to expand their one-building sales/service/rental center into dedicated sites for each part of the business. IMPACT was selected to provide development management services over 11.2 acres, including three new buildings totaling 57,640 square feet. Site work includes stormwater drainage, a 0.6-acre retention pond, a new Georgia Power utility service, and 1,900 linear feet of sanitary sewer force main and lift station.
