Located on the former General Motors Assembly Plant, Phase I of this “all-star destination” includes more than 1 million square feet of film and production space spanning 53 acres. Other sections will feature a 4-acre public park, a 2-acre central lawn, two Doraville police precincts, and two miles of streetscape.
Future phases of this $450 million development project envision 120 condos and townhomes, 800 apartments, 250,000 square feet of retail space, two hotels totaling 350 keys, and 1 million square feet of offices.
