CERES Chattahoochee Hills

This culinary-centric, mixed-use development spanning 90 acres will include 77 single-family homes, townhouses, flats, and over 30,000 square feet of retail space, community amenities, gardens, orchards, other edible landscaping, along with 50-key Inn being developed on the property and a special chef’s incubator facility, where local talents will be able to practice their culinary craft, transforming from trained chefs to successful entrepreneurs. This new destination is slated to become a “feast for the senses,” all while adopting the Chattahoochee Hills zoning requirements of being “deliberately rural” and preserving 70% of the land as open agricultural and forestry land.
