This $23 million renovation and expansion project includes improvements to the outpatient entrance canopy, wayfinding for the new surgery entrance, and a parking expansion. The expansion of the surgery department involves renovations to the existing surgery suite, including:
- An expansion creating a minimum of two larger operation rooms for more complex surgical cases
- New sterile processing department
- New surgery waiting, registration, and discharge areas
- Renovations of the existing PACU and pre-op unit
- Renovations to surgical locker rooms
- Renovations to the facility’s physical plant
- Improvements to the current outpatient entrance and registration
