Located within the 100-acre Wildhorse Village mixed-use development, the Flats’ 266 units surround a 350-space parking structure. Construction is four stories on a concrete slab with wood framing and double-loaded corridors. The precast deck sits on the north back side of the property, while the south side units border a pedestrian walking path surrounding the lake. Amenities include a central courtyard with a swimming pool, a fitness center, a pet park, and a clubhouse.
