The Kourtney at Yates Road

This project is a development of Bolster Real Estate Partners, an Atlanta-based, minority-owned and operated investment and development firm specializing in transformative urban projects. A percentage of The Kourtney’s units will be reserved as a desirable affordable housing option in partnership with the City of South Fulton.

This 4.5-acre, 122-unit active adult rental community will include 2,020 SF of ground-level retail and rear-connected garage parking with separate entry for each unit. Consisting of 11 buildings, the pedestrian-friendly development will include on-street guest parking.
