Pool & Kitchen Renovation & Expansion
The 400-square-foot pool and kitchen were renovated, 400 square feet were added, and new food and bar equipment was installed. In addition, a 2,800-square-foot poolside pavilion with a bar, fireplace, fire pit, and casual dining area was added alongside the renovation.
IMPACT presented the proposed plan to the membership for approval as part of our contract, including value-added engineering options. The team overcame numerous permitting hurdles and provided diligent budget monitoring with minimal change orders. The project was completed on schedule and within budget.
