Pool & Kitchen Renovation & Expansion
The existing 400 SF pool and kitchen were renovated, with 400 SF added and new food and bar equipment installed. In addition, a 2,800 SF Poolside Pavilion with a bar, fireplace, fire pit, and casual dining area was added alongside the renovation.
As part of our contract, IMPACT presented the proposed plan to membership for approval, including value-added engineering options. The team overcame numerous permitting hurdles and provided diligent budget monitoring with minimal change orders. The project was completed on schedule and within budget.
