IMPACT served as the Owner’s Representative for Miller Electric Center, a $120 million development funded by a public-private partnership. Located directly adjacent to EverBank Stadium, this two-story, 125,000 SF facility houses the Jacksonville Jaguars’ football staff and operations, including locker rooms, training and medical facilities, office space, and a draft room. In addition, this state-of-the-art performance center has an indoor practice field, two outdoor natural grass fields with 2,300 bleacher seats, a team store, and concession facilities.
