Renovation
This project included new finishes, lighting, and sound system renovations to approximately 9,000 SF on the upper and 11,000 SF on the lower levels. Scope included minor wall and entry modifications to the main entry lobby, jacuzzi areas, sauna rooms, women’s relaxation, the corner treatment room, café/spa lounge, fitness reception, and downstairs salon lobby. The café/spa lounge features a self-service F&B counter with new back-of-house appliances. The gym area was also refreshed, including upgraded fitness equipment and lighting and sound system for the pilates area.
