Marina, Pier & Bulkhead
The Marina transformation showcases a waterfront upgrade, featuring the complete removal and replacement of an 871-linear-foot bulkhead to achieve a higher, consistent elevation that enhances both aesthetics and resilience. Additionally, the Marina itself has been reimagined, offering 78 premium boat slips to welcome vessels of various sizes.
Along the seaward boundary, the original 260-foot concrete pier was removed to make way for two new piers stretching 450 and 180 feet, respectively. This expanded pier space opens up more room for watercraft and provides sweeping views, further elevating the Marina as a destination for both boating and leisure.
