The Marina Support Building and Event Lawn brings a new hub to the waterfront, with a spacious 6,000-square-foot facility offering everything visitors and boaters need for a memorable experience. Designed to be a go-to destination, the building includes retail spaces, food services, and essential support amenities such as a dockmaster’s office, public showers, and bathrooms.
Beyond the building, a more resilient Riverwalk will stretch along the length of the new bulkhead, enhancing the waterfront with a path that lets guests enjoy scenic views and easy access to the water. These additions make the Marina a gathering spot and a true destination for leisure, shopping, and community events by the river.
