TK Elevator is developing a new product manufacturing facility by modifying 190,000 square feet of an existing 338,000 square foot warehouse space. This light manufacturing facility will produce a new elevator product, including automated punch, bend, and press machines, clinching machines, floor-mounted lifting devices, areas for manual assembly, material storage, offices, and other support activities. The remaining 148,000 square feet will facilitate a spare parts warehousing and logistics operation.
