Master Plan and Renovations
For this project, IMPACT served as the program manager on behalf of the Braves to reimagine the Truist Park experience, leverage new technologies, expand premium seating offerings, expedite throughput at F&B areas, and enhance the guest experience upon arrival and their circulation through the ballpark. These phased projects included the expansion of the popular “Chophouse,” reorganization of the F&B portables, removal of general admission seating and replacement with premium ‘terrace boxes,’ relocation and enhancement of the children’s immersive experience, addition of the “Bullpen Lounge” & Food Hall, contemplation of an underground suite, renovation of the lesser-utilized ‘Xfinity Rooftop’ into a higher-revenue program, and other projects to enhance the venue’s commercial value.
