Ashley Johnson joins IMPACT to lead projects successfully through design and construction in alignment with project goals. Strong leadership and great communication skills are among the top attributes that any project director should have, and Ashley has them in abundance. Her industry knowledge and outstanding work ethic make her a perfect match for the team – in fact, her personal core values are “connection, enjoyment, and impact!”

Ashley received a master’s degree in Building Construction and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Georgia Tech. She has a decade of construction industry experience working with a nationally recognized contractor on many complex projects ranging from healthcare to higher education and office.

Those who work with Ashley quickly become raving fans, and it’s easy to see why. Her ability to engage teams, maintain design integrity, and implement innovative practices on complex projects is unmatched. She creates an exciting and supportive culture for her teams, pushing them to expand their knowledge and exceed their goals in this extremely fast-paced industry.

When she is not heavily involved in managing projects, she’s offsite at various professional industry networking events. You can also find Ashley serving on the board for The Center for Children and Young Adults, Inc. in Cobb County and enjoying everything the city of Atlanta has to offer.
