With an undergraduate degree from Stetson University and a master’s degree from the University of Florida, Katie (DiGirolamo) Ringquist brings intelligence, motivation and new perspective to IMPACT’s sports and entertainment group.
Attending Stetson on a volleyball scholarship, Katie was a highly involved leader and recognized student athlete who excelled in all areas on and off the volleyball court. She was appointed to the NCAA Student-Athlete Advisory Committee to serve as the voice of all student athletes of the Atlantic Sun Conference advocating for their needs. With a clear passion for athletics, she continued her career at IMG Academy & IMG Performance, The Toronto Blue Jays, and Marc Taylor, Inc. All the while, she expanded her resume into understanding the programmatic, design and construction elements of sports-related developments and cultivating vendor relationships with architects, engineers, general contractors, and trade contractors. She has acted on the owner’s behalf for hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of developments and coordinated efforts from day one to full occupancy.
Katie genuinely connects to the goals of the project in a way that keeps the owner, occupants, athletes, and other end-users experience at the forefront of the decision-making process. It’s this type of passion and dedication that leads to successful outcomes.
