With 12 years of experience, David brings a powerful blend of construction expertise and development insight, allowing him to build strong market relationships and streamline every phase of a project. His well-rounded background includes time with Carter, where he led the design and construction process on equity development projects, and with Greystar, where he managed several multifamily builds across metro Atlanta—including a 28-story high-rise in Midtown and two Type 5-A residential wrap projects.

David got his start at Turner Construction in their Interiors Division, where he played a key role in preconstruction and project turnover. Across every role, his ability to keep things moving—without losing sight of the details—has made him a go-to team player. Hilarious and outgoing, David brings the good vibes wherever he goes, always the first to join a happy hour or pitch in on a philanthropic effort.
