Ivy Street Center
IMPACT was engaged to guide Marist through the next major phase of its Master Plan Implementation Program. The largest project in the master plan, the facility is a new 56,000 SF. building that included 16 classrooms, lecture hall, and faculty offices. It also included a gymnasium with lockers and coaches offices, redevelopment of the adjacent Alumni Plaza, parking improvements, and outdoor gathering spaces for students.
