When our design team changed after the Rome Tennis Center project began, IMPACT managed it seamlessly and still stayed on schedule and under budget. When it comes to eliminating risk, you can’t afford not to hire IMPACT Development Management.

City of Rome Tennis Center
at Berry College
The Rome Tennis Center is a 60-court tennis facility owned and operated by the City of Rome, Georgia. Land for the 30-acre public park was donated to the City of Rome by Berry College. The project is a successful collaboration between the City of Rome and Berry College. The facility also includes a 5,400 SF Clubhouse and a second restroom and shelter building. Special courts were designed for NCAA completion, youth tennis, and a central stadium court for exhibition play. All areas of the project are handicap accessible, and the courts are designed to accommodate wheelchair tournaments. The project was funded with Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax dollars (SPLOST).
