Steve has extensive experience with commercial and hospitality construction projects for world-renowned brands such as KPMG and Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, as well as federal military projects. He has led project teams for well-known and reputable general contractors primarily focused on hospitality and specialty industrial projects. Prior to joining the general contractor side of construction, Steve led projects for Walt Disney World, overseeing projects from inception through development, implementation, and turnover to operations on a wide range of projects, from $2 Million to $20 Million, working with a variety of cross-functional teams in theme parks, resorts and hotels, and support facilities.
Known for his personable nature, Steve communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders and ensures precision in every project detail. He maintains momentum, keeps teams aligned, and achieves project goals. Viewing project management as a team sport, Steve emphasizes collaboration and efficiency, guided by his mantra: “Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast.” A licensed General Contractor in Florida, Steve also coaches youth soccer and baseball in St. Johns County, bringing the same care and leadership to his community as his professional work.
