Cherokee Hospital
Northside Hospital relocated its Canton hospital campus to a new 70-acre site. The 500,000-square-foot hospital provides a full array of emergency, surgical, and radiological services, plus a Women’s Services pavilion. The 110,000-square-foot medical office building houses the NSH Cancer Institute, an Outpatient Surgery Center, and multiple physician practices.

HIGHLIGHTS:

- Proposed Doctor parking created below the Women’s Center wing providing 66 spaces with quick access to facilities for MDs
- Greenfield site that required entirely new utilities and infrastructure
- Transition planning to relocate patients and operations from the old to the new facility.
