We’re thrilled that IMPACT Development Management is staying in Cobb County and will remain our neighbor. When we were redoing our space, we found it was critical to hire an expert to oversee the entire project and handle all the time-consuming details. IMPACT enabled us to continue focusing on our mission instead of all the many complex details of the project.

Adaptive Reuse

General Time is a 35-acre mixed-use development slated to become a social and commercial hub in Athens, GA. The project will feature the adaptive reuse of the former General Time/Westclox clock factory, initially constructed in the 1950s, and offer 250,000 square feet of restaurants, retail, loft offices, and warehouses. Once completed, General Time will also offer multifamily units and event and green space.

Anchor tenant Terrapin Beer Company occupies 68,000 square feet of warehouse space, and Wayfair has leased 45,000 square feet for its customer care center.
