Pennant Park will house the US Business services and operations for TK Elevator. Located adjacent and east of The Battery these offices will serve as the primary operations and support for thyssenkrupp North America.
The BHQ’s 3 levels will seat approximately 140 people per floor.
The office layout will provide staff with a workspace that is designed around departmental neighborhoods with workstation modules, offices, shared huddle rooms and open collaboration spaces. Reception area will be on Level 5 along with a shared training room.
