NICOLE PRETTYMAN

Director

Nicole Prettyman was first exposed to the world of construction while working with her father and grandfather on home projects. Sparking her interest from an early age, she then decided to obtain a degree in Materials Science Engineering from Georgia Tech. Nicole’s first job in the industry was as an office engineer where she gained valuable insight into the development and design of the building process. She then transitioned into the world of preconstruction management, where she added tremendous value as member of New South Construction. Leveraging communication between stakeholders and subcontractors, Nicole was able to help clients deliver successful projects on time and within budget. As an engineer, she brings a unique perspective to the forefront of the management process. Her knowledge of design, understanding specifications, and preparing estimates allows her to provide adequate expectations and produce maximum efficiency for her team and clients. “I’ve always loved the creativity, precision, and knowledge that goes into every project,” states Nicole, “thinking of an idea and then having the ability to create it gives me great joy.” Nicole’s desire to take on challenges and her initiating spirit translates well in the world of project management; and her enthusiastic, supportive personality makes her an irreplaceable asset to our team.
