Graduating from Welch College with a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Lisa went on to pursue her MBA from University of West Georgia. This then opened doors at Kennesaw State University where she served as their Facilities Manager. At KSU, Lisa was tasked with managing multiple aspects of a project from RFQ/RFP evaluations and managing contracts, as well as managing and working with HVAC systems, refrigeration, electric, plumbing, striping, re-paving, flooring, and general construction technicians daily. This type of work gave her a wide-understanding of the project management world and the ability to cross-communicate between multiple disciplines within the field. Becoming Associate Director of Capital Projects and Contracts in 2019, she was given the responsibility of managing many projects campus wide, including managing capital of over $6 million. Through this, Lisa was able to cultivate excellent communication and organizational skills. This combined with her outgoing personality makes her a natural at building and maintaining positive relationships with her clients. She now joins IMPACT as a Project Manager, where her multi-disciplinary knowledge of the industry and excellent communication skills provide an advantage to any client’s needs.
