Locker Room, Weight Room, & Cafe Expansion and Renovation
Since 2005, IMPACT has served as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager for the Atlanta Falcons’ IBM Performance Facility.
This project consists of a 15,000-square-foot weight room expansion, a 3,000-square-foot kitchen/café addition and renovation, and expansion and full renovation of the players’ and coaches’ locker rooms. All support and equipment rooms and offices will also be renovated.

Player Performance and Meeting Room Renovation
These major interior renovations to the administration building included reconfiguring and adding player meeting rooms and integrating the latest audio/visual technology. Physical therapy and hydrotherapy areas were also heavily renovated to meet the latest play treatment and recovery standards, adding underwater treadmills and cryotherapy rooms.
