IMPACT was engaged to guide Marist through the next major phase of its Master Plan Implementation Program. The largest project in the master plan, the 56,000-square-foot Ivy Street Center, included 16 classrooms, a lecture hall, and faculty offices. It also included a gymnasium with lockers and coaches offices, redevelopment of the adjacent Alumni Plaza, parking improvements, and outdoor gathering spaces for students.
