City of Rome Tennis Center

at Berry College

The Rome Tennis Center is a premier 60-court facility owned and operated by the City of Rome, Georgia. Spanning 30 acres of land generously donated by Berry College, this public park exemplifies a successful partnership between the City and Berry College. The center includes a 5,400-square-foot clubhouse, along with a second restroom and shelter facility. Designed with versatility in mind, the courts cater to NCAA competition, youth tennis, and feature a central stadium court for exhibition play. Fully handicap accessible, the courts are also equipped to host wheelchair tournaments. Funding for the project came from Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) dollars.
