EVAN YATES

Vice President

Evan brings a well-rounded perspective to every project, having worked across the construction spectrum as a contractor, subcontractor, and owner’s representative. Early in his career, he gained invaluable experience in preconstruction and trade negotiation with a leading general contractor, eventually supporting one of the firm’s most complex builds—Mercedes-Benz Stadium—where he played a key role in managing structural scopes. His passion for building led him to a national structural steel subcontractor, contributing to iconic projects across the country, and later to a global church organization where he oversaw major construction efforts.

This diverse background makes Evan a powerful force for collaboration and clarity. He understands the challenges and priorities on all sides of the table, allowing him to align teams, drive progress, and foster pride in the work being done. At IMPACT, Evan leads with intent, bringing out the best in every project and every person involved—always focused on delivering with purpose and precision.
