EVAN YATES

Vice President

A graduate of Clemson University, early in his career, Evan Yates found his niche in construction management where he gained tremendous experience working for an industry-leading contractor. Learning the ropes meant spending time in preconstruction, estimating and negotiating trade contracts for many project types. With a heavy focus in structural trades, he was a natural fit to support the preconstruction and construction efforts for one of the most complex projects in the company’s history, Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Having managed a part in the structural scopes of the stadium, he accepted an opportunity with an industry-leading structural steel subcontractor where he continued to work on large iconic projects across the country. Ultimately, his passions led him to an opportunity to oversee construction for a global church organization.

Now with a holistic perspective, having sat on the contractor, subcontractor, and owner’s side of the table, Evan embodies the spirit of collaboration for which IMPACT is known. He understands the full breadth of the entire building process, identifies common ground amongst his team, and promotes a deeper sense of pride in the work being performed. It’s safe to say Evan leads with intent and brings forth the best of each project and project team he serves.
