JOE COLLINS

Healthcare Collaborator

For more than 30+ years, Joe Collins’ values have informed his career. Specialized in representing and supporting organizations, many of them non-profit, through the delivery of planning, design, and construction programs, he has devoted his time and expertise to serve as an advocate for facility owners and a veteran guide for project teams. From working with a national design/build firm early in his career to envisioning and building one of the most successful program management firms in the southeast, Collins Program Management, Joe gained an in-depth view of the challenges and opportunities faced by today’s healthcare professionals and public and private institutions.

Now he lends his wisdom to further IMPACT’s unified mission of representing our client’s interests in a professional and accountable manner. As IMPACT’s Healthcare Collaborator, Joe continues to lead and serve our growing client base as he offers new and innovative ways to solve their complex challenges as he has done for Northside Hospital, Emory Healthcare, Grady Health System and Piedmont Hospital.

A credible source of knowledge, Joe has authored articles for Health Facilities Management and Surgical Services magazines and appeared as a guest lecturer for the American Society of Healthcare Engineer’s annual conference and for the Health Facilities Institute.
