KYLE TAYLOR

Executive Vice President

Growing up around construction, Kyle Taylor developed a passion for the industry early on—one that has fueled a bold and impactful career. After earning a degree in Construction Management, he spent over a decade with two of the nation’s largest commercial contracting firms, mastering everything from contract reviews and buyouts to budgeting, scheduling, and relationship-building. Organized, intentional, and never one to shy away from a challenge, Kyle quickly earned a reputation as a confident leader who gets things done.

In 2014, he took on a once-in-a-lifetime role as the Owner’s Representative for Mercedes-Benz Stadium, a move that paved the way for his future at IMPACT. Now serving as Executive Vice President and co-owner, Kyle brings a fearless, forward-thinking approach to guiding clients across all market sectors. He’s deeply committed to protecting their interests, engaging the right expertise, and driving innovation across every phase of delivery. Kyle’s enthusiasm is infectious, his standards are high, and his favorite part of the job is growing the company—hiring great people, mentoring future leaders, and helping IMPACT leave its mark on the industry.
