KYLE TAYLOR

Executive Vice President

Growing up around construction influenced Kyle Taylor’s desire to pursue a career in the field. After graduating from Georgia Tech with a degree in Construction Management, he went to work for two of the nation’s largest commercial contracting firms, where he spent more than a decade learning the ins and outs of construction. There, he learned the value of being organized, intentional, proactive, doing thorough contract reviews, setting up and maintaining a realistic project budget and schedule, managing project buy-out, establishing and meeting milestones, and building lasting relationships. In 2014, Kyle was presented with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to serve as the Owner’s Rep for Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This career move opened the doors to an incredible future with our firm, IMPACT, where he now serves as our Executive Vice President after he and two long-time business partners purchased the firm.

Today, he relies on his vast knowledge of the entire delivery process to guide clients across a broad range of markets who are seeking to protect their interests, engage the right industry expertise, and reap the benefits of innovative technology and best practices in architecture and construction. Known for demonstrating a superior level of care and commitment in all he does, Kyle remains a trusted resource for our associates and high-profile clients alike.

With so many great opportunities on the horizon, Kyle’s enjoyment comes from growing our company, hiring amazing people, training them to be strong project directors, and helping us carve out our niche in the industry. His motto is a pillar for the level of service we provide – “Do what you say you’re going to do.”
