NICOLE PRETTYMAN

Director

Nicole discovered her love for construction early, working alongside her father and grandfather on home projects. That hands-on experience sparked a lifelong passion, eventually leading her to earn a degree in Materials Science Engineering. With a sharp eye for detail and a natural curiosity, she began her career as an office engineer—gaining valuable insight into the full building process from development through design.

She later found her stride in preconstruction management, where she built strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors to help deliver efficient, high-quality projects. As an engineer, Nicole brings a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to project management—interpreting specifications, preparing estimates, and aligning expectations with precision. Her love of problem-solving, paired with a thoughtful and upbeat personality, makes her a standout on any team. A traveler at heart, Nicole brings that same sense of curiosity and determination to every project she takes on.
