From AHCA to ICRA, she’s well-versed in regulatory requirements and known for keeping complex projects moving smoothly.

Before joining IMPACT, Jessica led a team of project managers at a major healthcare system, serving as the primary liaison for client relations and ensuring seamless communication among designers, contractors, consultants, and administrators. Originally from Florida, she now brings her expertise and collaborative spirit to every project she touches.

Jessica is also a passionate advocate for women in construction, committed to mentoring the next generation and fostering more inclusive project teams. With a polished style and artistic flair, she’s known for blending structure and creativity—making her an invaluable asset to clients and teammates alike.
