VANESSA MANNERS

Vanessa has nearly two decades of marketing and business development experience in the engineering and construction industry throughout the southeast. She is skilled at developing and implementing strategic growth plans to make her partners more successful. Vanessa also coaches young and mid-level professionals on best practices in career development, including goal setting and building a professional network. An accomplished multi-tasker with a penchant for to-do lists, she is adept at managing concurrent assignments while facilitating clear communication among all stakeholders. Vanessa provides leadership and intentional focus in pursuing new business opportunities and marketing efforts. Her expertise includes strategy development, industry trends and research, and proposal and conference coordination.
Vanessa serves on the Board of Directors for the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA)-South Atlantic Chapter and is an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She earned a Bachelor of Communications degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
