Allison is an assistant project manager with a solid background in geotechnical engineering and a genuine love for all things earth science—rocks included. With hands-on experience managing active job sites and a variety of geotechnical projects, she brings practical insight and calm confidence to even the most complex site conditions.

Known for her sharp organizational skills and clear communication, Allison keeps teams aligned and projects moving smoothly. She blends technical know-how with a down-to-earth approach, making her a trusted presence on any project. Whether she’s coordinating logistics or decoding soil reports, Allison brings precision, curiosity, and a grounded perspective to everything she does.
