Kelland has been involved with numerous data center projects as general contractor, developer, and owner’s representative — from due diligence through fast-paced construction and commissioning. With an intentional focus on building strong relationships, he offers an upfront and clear understanding of expectations. Trained as a mechanical engineer, Kelland is detail-oriented and loves to deep-dive into a project’s intricate details and specs. He takes personal ownership of all his projects as a go-to leader for problem-solving, maintaining schedules, and as a knowledge resource.
